Seeking Guest Artists

Send us a few samples of your work and you might be our next "Guest Artist". We had several artists lined up and somehow lost the files. If you sent us work you may have been among those lost, please feel free to re-send.

Introduction

I have always admired artists who take chances. Artists who push boundries and dare to be out there on the edge if you will.

Although I admire many styles and forms of art, some quite conservative and tradditonal, I am drawn most to the modernists, post modernists and abstract expressionists.

The artists of these movements were true pioneers, they took chances, put it out there for us all.

This blog will feature some of them from time to time. Frida Kahlo one of my artistic heroes inspired the name for this blog as she inspires my artistsic and creative spirit. I pay homage to her and others who opened doors of creative possibilities for us. Cheers!
